In this function, InnoPark has been working with cantons and offices throughout Switzerland for years and acts on behalf of SECO. For our center in Zürich Oerlikon, we are looking for an engaged personality as: Employability Coach 80% per immediately or by arrangement, initially temporary with the option for permanent employment. What you will do with us: * Counseling and coaching of highly qualified job seekers * Conducting group coachings and workshops * Supporting our participants in the development of their application strategy * Cooperation with referring agencies and interested parties as well as proactive relationship management with all program contacts, internally and externally * Responsibility for smooth processes in the Oerlikon center * Further development of the location & participation in projects * Employee leadership of the Program Assistant What you will bring to us: * Training in coaching/mentoring is very desirable. A missing qualification can be compensated for with relevant experience in recruitment, talent management, personnel development, or adult education. * For this work, you need very good knowledge of the labor market and ideally experience in employability coaching. Since you work daily with people from different backgrounds, high social competence is important in order to be able to address their individual questions. * With your motivating nature, your sociability, and your commitment, you will fit well into our team. We value reliable, pragmatic, and implementation-strong personalities. * Ideally, you are well-networked in the Zürich region and know the economy and administration of the region.
