You love skiing, approach people openly, and can inspire them with good material. With us, you combine exactly that: You find the right skis, manage ski tests, and turn convincing advice into a successful sale.

This winter, we are opening our MACH SKI Shop on the Hahnenmoos. At 1’957 meters, in the middle of the Adelboden-Lenk ski area, you will help shape the new location from the very beginning. MACH is a Swiss brand with over ten years of experience in developing its own skis. In close cooperation with a manufacturer in the North Italian Alps, our skis are created with elaborate manual work and classic sandwich construction, as used in racing ski construction. Our sleds are manufactured entirely in Switzerland.

What you will do with us

You advise personally and sell actively. You ask about riding style, ability, and wishes, explain differences understandably, and recommend suitable skis and accessories.

You manage our ski tests. You help with the choice of model, organize the distribution, and discuss after the test drive what was convincing and which ski fits.

You take care of the rentals. From the selection of material to the return, you maintain an overview and ensure an uncomplicated process.

You lend a hand with the service. You undertake the service and maintenance of skis and sleds and ensure well-prepared material with the wax service.

You think along in the shop. You present the products in an appealing way, recognize where you are needed, and contribute ideas that make advice and sales better.

What you bring with you

Joy in skiing and interest in material and technology. You want to understand how different skis feel on the slopes.

Sales flair and an open appearance. You listen attentively, recommend convincingly, and take the next step until the completion of the purchase.

Initiative and reliability. You organize your tasks independently and remain friendly and attentive when several guests need something at the same time.

A living possibility in Adelboden or at the Lenk during the winter season. French or English skills as well as a category B driver's license are an advantage.

What we offer you

With us, you work in the middle of the ski area. Your guests can test the recommended skis immediately on the slopes. In the new shop, you take on responsibility from the beginning and contribute your ideas. Your everyday life ranges from advice and sales to ski tests, rentals, and service. In addition, you receive employee conditions on all products.
