For an architecture office with a focus on existing buildings, renovation, and the reuse of components, we are looking for a draftsperson architecture 80 - 100 %.

You will work in a team on projects from the construction project phase to execution. Central elements are execution planning, ArchiCAD, and the careful handling of existing building fabric.

Your tasks

• Execution planning and detail plans in ArchiCAD
• Processing of projects in the phases from construction project to execution
• Plans of existing buildings, updating and precise construction
• Participation in the reuse of components
• Close cooperation with architects and construction management in the team

Your profile

• Draftsperson EFZ architecture, ideally with experience in execution planning
• Confident ArchiCAD knowledge
• Enjoyment of working with existing buildings and the reuse of components
• Independent, precise way of working and ability to work in a team
• German
• Workload 80 - 100 %
