Do you want to be responsible for a business-critical IT landscape with your team and actively help shape the digitalization of our production environment? In this leadership role, you will ensure the stable, secure, and GxP-compliant operation of production-related systems and simultaneously drive their further development. In doing so, you will work closely with specialist departments and external partners and take responsibility for a committed IT Operations team.

What you can achieve ##

• You lead and develop our three-person IT Operations team and actively participate in the operational daily business yourself.
• You are responsible for the stable and GxP-compliant operation of Production IT as well as production-related IT systems and applications.
• Together with the team, you ensure First and Second Level Support as well as the on-call service during production times.
• You coordinate internal and external IT partners and promote the continuous optimization of operating processes.
• You are responsible for documentation, training, as well as validation and qualification activities in the regulated environment.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training or further education in computer science (HF, FH or comparable).
• Several years of experience in the operation and further development of IT systems, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation and potential to take on leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements as well as understanding of quality and compliance processes.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
