Project Management Substations (all) Your tasks Management of projects for the planning and successful realization of new, expansion, and renewal projects in the area of substations from the concept phase to commissioning on the network levels NE5 to NE1 Ensuring project goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and safety as well as compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Projecting and coordinating primary and secondary systems Evaluation, tendering, and procurement of components, systems, and services including technical negotiations with suppliers and partners Steering and coordination of internal and external project participants as well as ensuring professional project communication Responsibility for technical documentation and the sustainable securing of specialist knowledge in the field of substation technology Participation in investment and cost planning as well as ongoing monitoring of project budgets Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as competent support of our customers in the third-party market business Advising internal and external stakeholders on technical questions regarding substations and energy infrastructures Participation in specialist committees and active participation in the further development of our network infrastructure Your profile Bachelor or Master in electrical engineering or comparable qualifications Several years of experience in the planning and realization of infrastructure, network, or substation projects in energy supply from 16kV to 380kV as well as sound knowledge of primary and secondary technology Experience in project management and in working with interdisciplinary teams Strong customer orientation as well as experience in the support and advice of customers and business partners Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards customers, authorities, suppliers, and service providers Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high sense of responsibility and quality Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Good knowledge of common MS Office applications; experience with project management and ERP systems is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills are an advantage Our offer Work-Life-Balance Various flexible annual working time models, home office possibility as well as modern office premises in a central location.
