For a general planning company with structural engineering, civil engineering, tunnel, and project management, we are looking for a personality with a completed degree who wants to start on the client side: preparing decisions, coordinating, and supporting projects from vision to realization.

Work location: Ennetbaden or Bern Entry: by arrangement Workload: not specified in this advertisement (sister positions of the company typically 80 - 100 %)

Your tasks

• Support for project managers in construction and infrastructure projects
• Coordination of appointments, information and stakeholders
• Collaboration in cost, schedule and quality controls
• Preparation of meetings, tenders and project documentation
• Support in all project phases from planning to realization

Your profile

• Completed studies as a civil engineer, architect or comparable training
• Interest in project management, client consulting and construction projects
• Initial practical experience is an advantage
• Good MS-Office skills
• Structured, independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, organization, sense of responsibility
• Solution-oriented, willing to learn, reliable
• Confident appearance and assertiveness
• Good German skills in spoken and written
