Job Description ##

• Experience and knowledge in case management in Spitex are mandatory.
• - Sound experience with interRAI HC and needs assessments.
• Confident creation of nursing plans, service planning sheets, and certificates.
• Knowledge of the Perigon software is mandatory.
• Depending on future workload, there is the possibility to increase the workload.
• Long-term employment is also possible with appropriate development.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Professional experience in a relevant specialist field is an advantage.
• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Readiness for flexible working hours and weekend services.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• Driving license required
