Through the management of a Bicycle Workshop, you promote the development of technical, linguistic, and transversal skills, while supporting participants in their integration journey and autonomy. You are looking for varied work that will allow you to evolve within diverse and supportive teams and to invest yourself in concrete activities with a strong social impact.* *As a manager, I can count on your commitment and autonomy, your adherence to strong and engaging values, you are our yellow jersey and we look forward to your applications!"* Your key missions #### • You lead and manage the Bicycle Workshop by transmitting technical skills and supervising participants in their activities. • You ensure the reception, monitoring, and evaluation of participants, while supporting their motivation and their integration project. • You organize the workshop activities, ensure the quality of services, and guarantee compliance with safety rules. • You ensure the administrative monitoring of the program and collaborate with internal teams and external partners in order to promote the socio-professional integration of beneficiaries. Your profile #### • CFC as a bicycle mechanic or proven experience in the field. • 3 years of confirmed experience in the field • Marked interest in the field of migration, interculturality, and professional integration. • Ability to work in a network and to develop partnerships with internal and external actors. • Ease in administrative activities and the writing of monitoring documents.
