Logistics Site Manager (M/F)

Mission: • Ensure the management of stocks on different external storage sites. • Guarantee the coordination between the field teams, project managers and different internal stakeholders. • Organize and monitor the transfer of equipment between different sites and construction sites. • Ensure the transport, delivery and recovery of equipment on construction sites. • Monitor stocks, anticipate needs and ensure the availability of equipment. • Process employee requests by e-mail and perform administrative tasks inherent to the function. • Manage temporary equipment and common tools: preparation and provision of equipment; reception and control of returns; monitoring of rentals; maintenance, refurbishment and traceability of equipment; management of reminders and availability. Profile: • Holder of a CFC in logistics management or equivalent training. • Confirmed experience in a technical environment related to construction. • Mastery of MS Office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of an ERP is an asset. • Dynamic, flexible and service-oriented personality. • Excellent team spirit while being able to work autonomously. • Developed sense of organization, ability to anticipate and aptitude to effectively coordinate several activities simultaneously. • Ease in managing priorities, emergencies and stress. • Category B driver's license essential, forklift license, C1 license a serious advantage.
