Take on your leading role as Team Leader Automation (m/f/d) What you can achieve: * Team leadership: You lead a small team consisting of four employees within the Automation and Electrical Service department. * Driving force & role model: The internal training of our employees in theory and practice is important to you. * Active participation: You support the team with daily tasks. * Automation: You analyze and optimize our automation system. * Projects: You accompany projects that serve the further development of maintenance processes. What you bring with you: * Thanks to your basic technical training as an automation technician and your further training as a technician HF, you grasp connections quickly. * Due to your practical experience in an industrial environment, you understand machines, systems and maintenance. * You think and act entrepreneurially and possess planning skills. * You use your flexible, resilient personality and your organizational flair every day. * You are ready to perform on-call service. * You master German at least at a good level.
