Head of Accounting

Your tasks:

• You lead employees professionally and personally.
• You contribute ideas to make our accounting processes more efficient, more digital, and more future-proof.
• You ensure that our services are invoiced promptly and correctly.
• You take responsibility for monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as OR.
• You plan our liquidity proactively and ensure that financial obligations can be met on time.
• You maintain and further develop checklists, work instructions, processes, and IKS specifications.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in the area of value-added tax (group taxation).
• You create ad-hoc evaluations and financial reportings.
• You support the CFO and take over professional topics.

Your profile:

• For this versatile leadership task, we are looking for a personality who combines professional security, leadership strength, and a service-oriented attitude.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and a higher education in accounting or fiduciary services.
• You bring several years of experience in accounting or fiduciary services.
• You have sound Abacus knowledge, especially in the modules FI, KRED, DEBI, and Anlagen.
• You work confidently with MS Office, especially with Excel and pivot tables.
• You communicate confidently in German – orally and in writing.
• You convince with good manners and strong teamwork skills.
• You work independently, show initiative, and think in networks.
• You are resilient, flexible, and work efficiently as well as goal-oriented.
• You are discreet, confidential, and loyal.
• You think in a service- and customer-oriented manner.
• You bring understanding and empathy for elderly people.
