Tasks

• Maintenance and further development of the central data warehouse for clinical, operational and financial data (from KIS and ERP systems)
• Creation of complex database queries, report templates and reports
• Pre-analysis and preparation of data for analysts and controllers
• Ensuring high data quality
• Technical responsibility for the annual mandatory data deliveries to external recipients (Bund, Kanton, ANQ and SwissDRG)
• Taking on partial or project leadership, for example in the context of KIS introduction
• Collaboration on various projects
• Participation in the construction of a data warehouse and management information system for data-based management of the entire company

Profile

• Understanding of clinical and financial data as well as their connections or willingness to acquire corresponding knowledge
• Structured and careful way of working, even with complex data structures
• Strong analytical skills
• Education in the field of informatics at FH or university level or several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience in handling KIS and ERP systems or willingness to acquire corresponding knowledge
• Independent and proactive personality with high personal responsibility
• Strong understanding of service and high service orientation towards internal and external partners
• At least five years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare sector
