We are looking for a versatile, structured and strong-negotiating personality with initial relevant professional experience in the media, streaming, content, sales or licensing environment as Are you a team player with a passion for entertainment, streaming and content? Then a varied role awaits you with us at the interface of content acquisition, product management, license management, legal and finance. Your area of responsibility <br /> • You are responsible for the preparation, analysis and negotiation of content purchase contracts -- independently or together with internal stakeholders • You monitor the TV, streaming and entertainment market, identify trends, relevant content as well as new partners and providers • You evaluate content offers, scope of rights and deal conditions for the blue offers • You negotiate commercially attractive and future-proof license and content deals with national and international partners • You review contracts in close cooperation with legal, product management, finance and other interfaces • You coordinate internal approvals, maintain contract and rights overviews and ensure compliance with deadlines • You manage existing partnerships, support onboardings and manage several projects and negotiations in parallel • You work with international studios, licensors, streaming providers and distributors • Your profile • Completed studies or comparable training, ideally in media, communication, economics, law or a media-related field • 2--3 years of professional experience in the area of content acquisition, distribution, licensing, sales, purchasing or business development -- preferably in the TV, streaming or entertainment environment • Ideally experience in the preparation, review or negotiation of content or license contracts as well as an understanding of licensing models and deal structures • Interest and a good sense for film, series, TV and streaming markets. Knowledge of digital business models (e.g. SVOD, TVOD or EST) is an advantage • Structured, analytical and reliable way of working with good numerical understanding and commercial thinking • Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with data, trackers or internal systems • Strong communication skills, initiative and teamwork as well as very good German and English skills; French and/or Italian is an advantage • Your benefits • Flexible working time model We offer you a flexible working and flextime model with time autonomy, so that you can also take your individual needs into account.
