Data Analyst (M/F/X)

Your mission

We are looking for a person capable of ensuring the reliability, analysis, and enhancement of data from our various systems. You will ensure that the data is complete, available within the deadlines, and correctly made available for energy billing as well as for exchanges with the various market actors. You will also develop indicators and management tools useful to the operational teams and management.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the daily exploitation of data flows and associated processing in the data management platforms
• Control the completeness, quality, consistency, and timeliness of the data necessary for energy billing and operations
• Prepare and make available, within the expected deadlines, the data intended for billing and exchanges with the various market actors
• Monitor data exchanges, rejections, and operational anomalies until their resolution, in coordination with the relevant teams
• Apply the already defined validation, estimation, and correction rules
• Analyze recurring anomalies, discrepancies, and trends in order to identify their causes and propose improvements
• Design and evolve clear indicators, dashboards, and reports for the operational teams and management
• Document sources, processing, and controls, and contribute to tests, migrations, and application evolutions

Your profile

• Higher education ES, HES, or university in data analysis, statistics, applied mathematics, management informatics, Business Intelligence, or training deemed equivalent
• Experience in the preparation, quality control, analysis, or visualization of data, ideally in an operational environment
• Good understanding of relational databases, data models, and flows between systems
• Experience with time series, large volumes of data, or data quality issues constitutes an advantage
• Knowledge of the energy sector or measurement data is an asset, but not indispensable; training in business processes and internal tools will be provided
• Ability to understand a business need, to structure an analysis, and to clearly explain results to non-technical interlocutors
• Very good mastery of French, both oral and written, and ability to work with technical documentation in English; German is an asset
• Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, analytical spirit, sense of priorities, and taste for teamwork
