To strengthen our Residential and Commercial Planning team in Langenthal, we are looking for a committed and carefully working personality as

Planner: Residential and Commercial 70–100 %
In this role, you will process versatile construction projects in the residential and commercial sector from design through the construction project to execution. You will create precise plans in ArchiCAD, develop details and constructions, and work closely with the planning management and specialist planners. With your careful and independent way of working, you will contribute to professional and timely planning.

Your tasks:

• Processing of construction projects from design through the construction project to execution planning
• Independent and phase-appropriate creation and processing of plans in ArchiCAD
• Development of detail and construction plans for execution
• Procurement, consolidation, and structured filing of planning documents
• Clarifications with authorities and specialist offices in consultation with the planning management
• Coordination with specialist planners and integration of specialist coordination into the plans
• Working in ArchiCAD in teamwork via the BIM server
• Clarifications regarding Swiss standards and regulations and integration into the planning

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Zeichner:in EFZ specialization architecture or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the planning of structural engineering projects, ideally in the residential and commercial sector
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD and enjoyment of working in teamwork via the BIM server
• Understanding of constructions, execution details, and the applicable Swiss standards and regulations
• Exact, independent, and reliable way of working as well as a good sense for deadlines and quality
• Team orientation and open communication with planning management, specialist planners, and authorities
• Enjoyment of planning
