Mandate Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage a client portfolio composed of SMEs, sole proprietorships, and national or international companies
• Ensure complete bookkeeping up to annual closings
• Prepare and control VAT returns as well as tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Ensure compliance with current legal, accounting, and tax obligations
• Advise clients on accounting, tax, and financial aspects related to their activity
• Identify client needs and propose solutions adapted to their situation
• Actively participate in the development and loyalty of the clientele

Profile

• Training in accounting, finance or equivalent field; the Federal certificate as a specialist in finance and accounting is a real asset
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the autonomous management of mandates in a fiduciary
• Very good mastery of Swiss accounting and tax standards as well as VAT
• Excellent analytical skills, sense of organization, and autonomy in work
• Service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a taste for client consulting
