MAIN TASKS ##

• Lead all medical device reprocessing units of the two sites
• Implement and administer a computerized quality system for sterilization
• Guarantee complete and computerized traceability of the reprocessing cycle
• Ensure regulatory and normative compliance
• Lead the validation, qualification and maintenance of equipment
• Manage quality indicators and reporting
• Manage the system of non-conformities, incidents and recalls
• Lead and develop the sterilization teams of the two sites
• Ensure training and skill development
• Manage the instrument fleet, inter-clinic flows and the budget

PROFILE ##

• Training as a level 2 sterilization technical assistant
• Deep knowledge of ISO / EN / Swissmedic standards and hospital sterilization laws
• Dynamic, communicative and endowed with very good interpersonal skills, you are a driver for your team
• Rigorous, you know how to demonstrate a keen sense of responsibility
• Ability to lead projects
