YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Organization and implementation of basic training in automation
• Quality assurance of the training
• Disciplinary leadership of the apprentices Automatikmonteur:innen EFZ
• Recruitment and implementation of trial days
• Technical leadership of the vocational trainers

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• You want to pass on your specialist knowledge to future professionals and see dual vocational training as an important way for the Swiss economy
• You bring apprentices to a standardized qualification through individual support
• As an Automatiker:in, you have gained several years of experience in industry and have already trained apprentices yourself
• Convincing personality with high social competence, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
