What will you do as an Implementation Project Manager at Solarify?
You are responsible for the development and implementation of new solar and storage projects. This includes:
Acquiring projects: Customer and project acquisition via independently organized outbound activities such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking platforms, and conducting initial contact (mostly by telephone or via online meetings).
Setting up projects: Building and maintaining contact with roof owners from the project proposal to the contract, including site inspections, potential assessment, and profitability calculation using our tools.
Planning projects: Regulatory and technical clarifications, obtaining project quotes. Coordination of the project process with all parties involved (building owners, suppliers, solar installers, electricians). At a later stage, possibly also technical planning of projects.
Implementing projects: Construction supervision and coordination of commissioning. At the beginning, you can also roll up your sleeves during construction and thus work on a sunny roof instead of in an office.
Managing projects: Budget control and project billing.
What should you bring?
You have a good sense for the needs of our customers and partners and address them with the respective appropriate arguments.
You have a technical background (e.g., technical studies at FH) and are interested in the energy transition, especially in photovoltaics including battery storage.
Practical experience in the technical management of (energy) projects with private and business end customers is an advantage.
You are proficient in negotiation in Swiss German, good French or Italian skills are an advantage.
You have good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
You are persistent and patient when dealing with challenges in your projects and can manage dozens of projects in parallel.
You work independently and find your way well in a dynamic / changing environment.
