• Prepare rulings and objection decisions in German
• Conduct legal remedy proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court
• Conduct comparative legal studies (foreign VAT regulations); clarify legal issues from other, non-tax legal areas (civil, criminal, procedural, and enforcement law)
• Answer written inquiries from taxable persons and hold meetings with them and their representatives
• Participate in internal working and project groups

This makes you unique

• University degree as a Jurist (Master of Law), preferably bar admission and/or several years of professional experience
• Sound legal knowledge, especially in Swiss tax and administrative law
• Excellent editorial and communicative skills
• Quick comprehension, independent and efficient way of working
• Very good knowledge of a second official language as well as English
