Do you possess a CFC as a logistician or a similar higher technical training combined with a federal diploma as a logistician and a forklift driver's license?

Do you benefit from at least 5 years of experience in the field of logistics, stock management and transport?

Your missions

The transport & logistics sector manager manages and organizes the activities of the transport and logistics sectors in order to ensure the collection, storage and delivery of different products. He/she supervises, trains, coaches and evaluates people in employment-training, promotes professional reintegration, and ensures the smooth running of the sector.

Team management and training

• Ensure the supervision and coordination of the team's activities by organizing, distributing and controlling the work.
• Develop the professional and personal skills of the beneficiaries and apprentices and promote their re/integration into the labor market.
• Supervise, train, empower and support beneficiaries and apprentices.
• Train and perform coaching on specific themes relating to the activities of the sector.
• Set objectives and evaluate the skills of beneficiaries and apprentices.
• Prepare and participate in evaluation interviews with HR advisors and socio-professional workers.

Transport & Logistics

• Establish the daily planning of the transport and logistics sector teams
• Manage and organize the textiles and bicycles warehouse, using the Odoo ERP

o Organize and manage arrivals, reception, locations and storage of goods

o Ensure the proper preparation of orders and ensure shipments are made within the allotted timeframes

o Ensure compliance with storage rules and ensure the good condition of stocks

• Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of handling equipment and collection vehicles
• Manage the removal of furniture
• Ensure compliance with procedures, hygiene and safety rules
• Manage non-conformities, complaints, indicators and statistics
