Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a reference person for nursing • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the nursing needs assessment RAI. • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits • Taking over daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing
