Vehicle Data Entry Clerk (m/f/d) for Online Sales Platforms

We are a dynamic company specializing in the sale of high-quality vehicles. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Vehicle Data Entry Clerk (m/f/d) for online sales platforms, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Recording and documentation of vehicle data (e.g., make, model, equipment, condition)
• Creation and maintenance of vehicle advertisements for online sales platforms
• Taking and uploading vehicle photos
• Checking vehicle documents for completeness and accuracy
• Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, logistics, and dispatch
• Quality assurance of the published advertisements

Your profile:

• Interest in vehicles and ideally basic knowledge in the automotive sector
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Confident handling of smartphones, tablets, and common online tools
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
• Experience in vehicle data entry on AutoScout24 or comparable online platforms is an advantage
