In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of claims and benefits. They are at the center of what we do, and together with them, we find the right solution. In this way, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality.

What awaits you

• You independently process complex property damage claims with in-depth coverage and liability assessments in the field of motor vehicle insurance, bicycle & moped liability insurance
• You identify and implement recourse possibilities, negotiate and represent your assessment towards third parties, and are effective in enforcing the claims of our customers in every area (liability, casco)
• You have telephone and written contact with the insured, injured parties, legal representatives, and repair companies and also convey negative messages in a customer-oriented, friendly, and convincing manner
• You critically question existing processes, actively contribute your ideas and inputs, and help us to drive and optimize them

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial basic training (or similar) and already have experience in the field of private insurance
• You have good oral as well as written communication skills, possess strong negotiation skills, and are characterized by a high level of service orientation and resilience - ideally, you have French, English and/or Italian language skills
• You approach changes with openness and see them as an opportunity
• You are fully committed to our customers and stand for honesty, openness, and fairness - whether externally or internally
• You bring the ability to think "out of the box" and can apply this in your daily work
