Your tasks

As an accountant, you will take on an important role in financial accounting and support the mandate management as well as internal contact persons in the proper maintenance of the accounts.

• Maintenance of financial accounting for SMEs, start-ups, and sole proprietorships
• Assistance in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Coordination and cooperation with internal contact persons, authorities, auditors, and external partners
• Participation in the further development of internal processes and digitalization

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in the fiduciary sector is an advantage
• Professional experience in the fiduciary business (mandatory)
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High quality standards and strong affinity for numbers
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing (other languages an advantage)
• Confident handling of common fiduciary and accounting software, especially Abacus, as well as MS Office
