It offers bilingual and trilingual programs at Bachelor and Master levels.   The job holder assumes the academic and operational management of an institute in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and organizational development. He/she contributes to the strengthening of applied research, the development of interdisciplinary initiatives, as well as the anchoring of HSW-FR in its economic, institutional, and academic environment.   Tasks and areas of activity • Development and positioning of the institute's activities in accordance with the strategic priorities of HSW-FR and the needs of its environment • Structuring and active development of the institute in key areas of a management school • Initiation, acquisition, and management of applied research projects and mandates, particularly with external funding • Strengthening the scientific quality, impact, and visibility of the institute's activities, notably through publications, the improvement of our key performance indicators, and knowledge transfer • Participation in the development of the new research organization through clear, collaborative, and evolving governance as well as optimal coordination of teams • Strengthening the link between research, teaching, and practical requirements, notably through the integration of the institute's themes into Bachelor, Master, and continuing education curricula • Design and implementation of practice-oriented teaching in Bachelor, Master, and continuing education curricula   Your profile • Doctorate in a relevant field, for example in strategic management, operational management, or logistics • Proven experience in applied research, external fund acquisition, project management, and collaboration with external partners • Good knowledge of the issues related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and organizational development, including companies of different sizes as well as public, social institutions, or umbrella organizations • Demonstrated experience in raising and managing external funds • Ability to progressively develop a vision within the framework of an agile approach, to unite teams, and to establish collaborative governance • Teaching experience at the tertiary level and strong interest in the link between teaching, applied research, services, and knowledge transfer • Network in academic, economic, or institutional circles • Mastery of German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language   Additional information • 4-year mandate, renewable, as a Full Professor FH • This mandate is linked to an indefinite employment contract as an Associate Professor FH • Activity rate: 80 - 100 % • Information: Prof. Dr.-Ing.
