Activity

• Control production: Independent leading, operating, and monitoring of the sawing line and production facilities
• Coordinate team: Leading employees, planning assignments and work
• Keep an eye on processes: Monitoring plant performance, availability, product quality and delivery dates
• Actively get involved: Energetic cooperation during malfunctions, optimizations, planned revisions and maintenance
• Leadership support: Support and deputy for the production manager
• Requirements
• Completed technical training, preferably as an automation technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, polymechanic or comparable qualification
• Experience in a production plant, ideally in the wood, paper or processing industry
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, controls, sensor technology and automation technology
• Experience in employee leadership or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
