Emmestadt Burgdorf represents a significant educational center in the Canton of Bern. At the municipal Volksschule, around 1800 pupils are taught at five primary levels and two secondary levels as well as at several kindergarten locations. Primarschule Schlossmatt includes five kindergarten classes and thirteen primary classes.

Tasks ###

• As a co-responsible Head of School, you will lead the Primarschule Schlossmatt with the associated kindergartens and the special measures offerings at the location in personnel, pedagogical, and operational-business terms in all legally prescribed areas of responsibility. - You will work in a school management team together with an experienced Head of School (100 %). - The focus of your activity lies in the MR area.

Requirements ###

• You have a pedagogical education (teaching diploma / Bachelor of Arts in Education) and teaching experience, preferably in Cycle 1 or 2. - Knowledge in the area of kindergarten, primary level, and the targeted use of regular school measures as well as corresponding work experience are desired and advantageous. - You have completed a recognized training as a Head of School or have a comparable training. Leadership experience as well as knowledge in organization and project management are required.
