To cope with the company's delightful development, it is looking for its future Agent d'exploitation - Concierge (H/F/D - 100%) 2026-07 Agent d'exploitation - Concierge (H/F/D - 100%) / Le Pâquier ## Your main tasks: • Carry out and supervise daily activities related to cleanliness and maintenance of facilities on assigned sites • Manage repair requests, coordinating suppliers and internal and external service providers if necessary • Perform regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards • Carry out, supervise the maintenance and optimization of technical facilities (heating, ventilation, sanitation, compressors, water treatment, drainage system, etc.) • Carry out and supervise the maintenance of outdoor spaces (waste management, pruning, leaf collection, snow removal, etc.) • Coordinate and carry out the rearrangement of workspaces according to user needs • Coordinate and carry out the setup of internal events, ensuring necessary logistics and user satisfaction Your profile: • CFC as an exploitation agent or equivalent training with a few years of experience • Sense of organization, versatility, and professional rigor • Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives • Category B driver's license or higher • Nacelle and forklift permit • Mastery of Office 365 family computer tools Entry date: Immediately or by agreement Places of service: Le Pâquier and Bulle We offer a varied activity and interesting working conditions within a reputable and dynamic company.
