Your tasks: Assumption of the overall pedagogical management and support in designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine. Building and maintaining a trusting educational partnership with the families. Organization of excursions, parent activities and events. Supervision of the children's developmental documentation (e.g. portfolio work). Leading the team and promoting an appreciative and familial working atmosphere. Participation in team meetings and overarching projects. What you bring with you: Completed training as FABE-K, educator or comparable qualification (e.g. HF/BA educational sciences)  Teamwork skills, creativity and a structured way of working. Passion for working with children and joy in contributing creative approaches.
