Active support of our clients in the development of their self-competence and social belonging
Taking over basic care where help is needed, and instructing clients in self-help
Accompanying clients in daily life and leisure activities with a special focus on the development of physical and mental health as well as social competence
Committed takeover of both content-related and administrative tasks in key person work within our interprofessional team
Reflection and documentation of work according to quality standards
Nurturing interdisciplinary cooperation as well as contact with relatives and external specialists

? Your profile ?

You have an EFZ qualification as a specialist in care or as a specialist in health
Experience in nursing and care enables you to take competent and empathetic care of our clients
You enjoy teamwork and like to take on responsibility

Your interest in actively and constructively contributing to the continuous development of our work distinguishes you
The ability to reflect and to meet people with openness enables you to build sustainable relationships with the clients
Social competence, good empathy, and resilience are among your strengths
A solution-oriented attitude and good German language skills round off your profile
