To strengthen our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a committed, strong-leading, and customer-oriented personality as: Team Leader Customer Service In this central function, you will lead our customer service and export team professionally and personally and ensure efficient order processing. You will coordinate all processes with your team, coordinating closely with internal interfaces, and serve as the contact person for customers, freight forwarders, and authorities. Additionally, you are responsible for the maintenance of customer portals, monitoring forecasts as well as framework agreements. As a process owner, you ensure the sustainable implementation and further development of our standards. You bring a commercial or technical basic education, supplemented by further training in business administration or similar. Several years of professional experience in order processing, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, as well as initial leadership tasks are prerequisites. You work in a structured manner, act in a solution-oriented way, communicate clearly, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
