MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Mission:
You are responsible for ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of the equipment in the assembly workshop, intervening in both mechanical and electrical/electronic issues, as well as improving tooling and production means
Responsibilities:
Analysis and resolution of technical problems related to equipment and tools, including mechanical adaptations (machining, turning, grinding, milling) and electrical/electronic fault finding
Adjustment of machines and verification of their compliance after intervention
Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and tools in the Montage department
Writing of non-conformity notices and intervention follow-up sheets
Researching technical improvements on assembly lines
Participation in the definition, realization and validation of new tools in collaboration with support services
Assistance in training operators on the use of equipment and processes
Management and ordering of material, spare parts and minimum stock
Guaranteeing the application of quality and safety standards
Your profile:
CFC in Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien, Monteur-automaticien, or technical training deemed equivalent combining mechanics and electronics
Good knowledge of electricity/electronics and comfortable with fault finding
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of assembly techniques and means
Good skills in using MS Office tools
Logical and methodical mindset
Good communicator, capable of demonstrating pedagogy and patience
