Quality Internship - Development of an automated equipment (M/F) - Dubois DÉPRAZ

Your mission :

Design and develop an aging machine allowing for the faithful reproduction of the stresses performed by an operator in order to evaluate the robustness and durability of products under conditions representative of their real use.

Your tasks :

• Analyze the need and define the functional characteristics of the aging machine ;
• Design an electropneumatic solution capable of reproducing a human manipulation in a repetitive and controlled manner ;
• Carry out technical studies and the sizing of the different components ;
• Participate in the mechanical design and the integration of the sub-assemblies ;
• Ensure the assembly and the fine-tuning of the prototype ;
• Develop the control and piloting sequences of the system ;
• Carry out validation tests in order to verify the compliance of the solution with the defined requirements ;
• Formalize the results obtained and propose areas for improvement.

Your profile :

• You are in engineering training with a specialization in mechanics, automation or industrial engineering ;
• You possess knowledge in mechanical design and electropneumatic systems ;
• You have an interest in prototype development and experimentation ;
• You master CAD tools and enjoy working on both the theoretical and practical aspects of a project ;
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and a spirit of initiative ;
• You are proactive and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.
