With your careful way of working, you support the specialist departments in the efficient and license-compliant use of our software. operational license manager (m/f/d) WHAT YOU DO You are responsible for operational license management and implement the overarching license strategy in everyday life You design, maintain, and update the relevant processes and data regarding software inventory, usage, and license rights You create evaluations and reports as a basis for decisions You check the license-compliant use of our software and support the ensuring of compliance You support internal license reviews and participate in cross-departmental task forces if required You advise Service Owners, management, and other stakeholders on all matters relating to license management You participate in ICT procurement projects and contribute your expertise WHAT YOU BRING A completed vocational training, for example in the commercial sector, in IT or logistics, ideally supplemented by higher vocational training (e.g., business informatics or a comparable further education) Professional experience in license management or in a related area such as IT service management, preferably in an IT service environment Enjoyment of conceptual work as well as the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions A self-reliant, committed, and pragmatic personality who takes initiative, questions existing structures, and actively helps shape changes Good German and English skills in spoken and written form WHO WE ARE We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
