For our Qualicoat certified coating plant, we are looking for an experienced person who would like to work in 2-shift operation.

Your tasks

• Independent operation of the powder center and the manual booth
• Checking the color, the degree of dryness, as well as correct hanging of the parts before coating
• Preparing the powder system with the correct powder and settings
• Coating while adhering to the correct layer thicknesses and optimized powder consumption
• Continuous checking of the coating and, if necessary, correcting it with the manual spray gun
• Selecting the correct color change program for the curing ovens
• Reporting powder consumption and returning the powder to the warehouse
• Performing cleaning and maintenance in the powder coating area according to specifications
• Assisting at the loading/unloading stations if required

Your profile

• Professional experience as a powder coater
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness for 2-shift operation, in exceptions also 3-shift operation
• Good German in spoken and written form (at least B1)
• PC skills
• Independent, flexible, reliable, and resilient
• Own car for shift operation is mandatory
• (Early shift 05:00 h – 14:00 h, late shift 14:00 h – 23:00 h, in exceptions also night shift 23:00 h – 05:00 h)
