Artificial Intelligence offers public administration new possibilities to make services more efficient and to specifically relieve employees. In order for ideas to become concrete projects, people are needed who understand needs, structure them, and, together with specialist departments, transform them into implementable solutions. As an AI Solution Consultant, you accompany organizations of public administration in their first steps in the AI environment - from the identification of relevant use cases to the concretization of requirements and the preparation of projects and their implementation. You move at the interface between customers, sales, specialist departments, and delivery teams. Your role ## • Advising municipalities, cantons, and other organizations of public administration on questions related to AI and digitalization • Recording, structuring, and concretizing customer needs as well as supporting the formulation of requirements and target images • Accompanying customers in the identification, prioritization, and elaboration of AI use cases • Conducting workshops, assessments, and ideation formats to develop concrete solution approaches • Supporting the qualification and further development of leads as well as the transformation of opportunities into concrete projects • Elaboration of business cases, rough concepts, decision bases, and development of customer-specific value propositions • Creation of offers, service descriptions, and project orders • Development of methods, templates, and consulting services in the context of AI for public administration Your profile ## • University degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field of study • Several years of experience in consulting, business development, or in digitalization projects in the environment of public administration • Further education in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, digitalization, or innovation (e.g., CAS/MAS or comparable) • Strong understanding of the challenges and framework conditions of municipalities, cantons, and public institutions • Experience in needs analysis as well as its structuring and its transformation into concrete project ventures • Demonstrable practical experience in the identification, conception, or introduction of AI solutions, GenAI applications, data, or automation projects • Strong communication and moderation skills as well as enjoyment in exchanging with specialist departments and decision-makers • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good German skills (C1-level) in spoken and written form Your benefits ## • Attractive development perspectives in consulting and the AI environment • Up to 60 % home office possible with a 100 % workload • Vacation purchase (2 weeks per year) • 41h week with flexible working hours with a full-time workload • Min. 25 days of vacation per year • Financial or time-based support for further education at 100 % • Free SBB Half-Fare travelcard for all employees We maintain an open 'Du-Kultur' (informal culture) - so feel free to send us your application directly using the 'Du' form.
