Service Technician (m/f/d)

Introduction

In this role, you are the expert who installs and maintains modern access control systems and ensures that everything works smoothly. If you like working independently and are looking for variety, you have come to the right place.

Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of access control and barrier systems
• Maintenance and troubleshooting on-site as well as via remote access
• Technical support and documentation of the systems
• Support with complex problems and forwarding to specialists if necessary
• Participation in on-call services and occasional business trips

Profile

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or computer science
• Experience with IT networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and Microsoft operating systems
• Several years of practice with computer-based technical systems
• Independent and structured way of working, combined with team spirit
• Joy of communication and confident appearance with customers
• Good English skills and driving license category B
• Willingness for flexible assignments and travel
