Your Role

In this exciting area of responsibility, you will support the responsible teacher in daily school life and contribute to the individual support of the students. You will accompany the young people both in lessons and in care situations and actively implement support goals and learning offers. With commitment, you will shape a structured and appreciative learning environment, provide materials according to the individual needs of the students, and document their development.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ or an equivalent agogic/pedagogical qualification
• Professional experience with young people with support needs
• Flexibility regarding workload (up to 90%, to compensate for the 14 weeks of school holidays)
• Empathy, patience, and enjoyment of working in a school context
• Structured and responsible way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing.
