Your objectives

• Lead the operational management of a living unit of approximately 41 inhabitants.
• Supervise a team of about thirty employees.
• Promote and guarantee the quality of care.
• Cooperate on personalized support projects within an interdisciplinary vision.
• Promote a process approach to organization according to the institutional reference framework.

You possess

• A HES nursing degree or equivalent.
• A certificate in local management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in geriatrics and 3 years in team management.
• A keen sense of responsibility
• A proven leadership capacity.
• A resolute interest in interdisciplinary cooperation.
