A look behind the scenes Our factory is a high-performance production operation of Nestlé Suisse S.A. with around 100 employees and stands for high-quality fresh dough products that are appreciated both in Switzerland and internationally. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a communicative and team-oriented personality as Operational Excellence Coordinator. You will actively drive improvements - with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency as well as strong cooperation in the plant. What awaits you with us Digitization: You develop and optimize digital tools and processes for shift handovers, key figures and reporting - e.g. with Power BI or SharePoint. Standardization: You accompany teams in the setup, implementation and application of work instructions and standards in POKA. Optimization projects: You drive the optimization and standardization of processes and format changes and support projects in the area of equipment optimization and Vertical Start-up. Analytical competence and culture promotion: You support the analysis of losses, downtime and derive sustainable measures from them to constantly optimize our processes. Competence management: You participate in the setup and maintenance of competence management and promote the further development of our employees. Key figure management: You monitor our production key figures and initiate targeted improvement measures. Communication: You promote the flow of information and cooperation between production, technology, quality and administration. What makes you successful Passion for production: You have completed training in the food sector, experience in the digitization of processes and ideally an advanced qualification (university degree, HF etc.). Organizational ability: Ability to set priorities and think across departments. Methodological knowledge: You have experience with Lean-, TPM- and/or Continuous Improvement methods and want to apply your knowledge. Communication strength: You convince with goal-oriented communication and commit yourself to common goals with assertiveness and empathy. Team and personality competence: You are reliable, team-oriented, resilient, flexible and service-oriented. Fit for everyday life: Very good German skills (min.
