Project Assistant
Active in the management of large-scale construction projects throughout French-speaking Switzerland, EMCO Partenaires SA is a service company based in Crissier (VD) that provides specialized services in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Economics, and Project Management Assistance.
In collaboration with renowned Institutional, Public, and Private clients, EMCO becomes the reference partner to guarantee clients the respect of their financial, qualitative, and temporal objectives in the construction process.
As part of the development of our construction management activities, we are looking for a:
Project Assistant (80 to 100%)
Your mission:
In this position offering a great diversity of missions, your main tasks will be the following:
Reception of clients and telephone standby
Writing of letters and emails
Administrative support to site managers and project managers
Follow-up of tender documents
Preparation of contracts and amendments
Preparation of payment notices and account settlements with the Messerli program
Management of invoicing
Writing and distribution of minutes
Your skills:
Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in construction in Switzerland
CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent diploma
Perfect mastery of the French language orally and in writing
Ability to work in a team, autonomy, rigor, and overview
An involved professional, your sense of priorities and your work organization reflect your rigor
Mastery of Messerli Gestion
Mastery of the MS office suite
