Application Solutions Manager - Project Manager
Missions :
You are responsible for the lifecycle of the application solutions of the Finance business domain and you ensure the daily operational responsibility of your portfolio of solutions. In addition to your operational activities, you play a driving role as Project Manager / Business Analyst in the transformation and evolution projects of your application domain.
Guarantee the performance, quality, security and availability of the application solutions
Ensure the operation, maintenance, support and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with the business and technical sides
Define and implement measures guaranteeing the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of data
Ensure the management of a transformation / migration project from Oracle - EBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Lead the project in a pair with a business project manager and coordinate the stakeholders (the business units, the technical teams and the provider)
Participate in design and specification workshops with the provider and ensure the translation of business needs into adapted solutions
Prepare, coordinate and lead the testing phases
Guarantee the technical and functional documentation of the solution
Contribute actively to user support and change management, in order to facilitate the adoption of the new solution
Manage the budget by planning and monitoring the costs related to the solutions, evolutions and associated services
Your profile :
Hold a HES Bachelor's in business informatics (or an equivalent title)
2 to 5 years of experience in application support / financial IT solutions OR 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management, with proven expertise in the financial domain
Confirmed expertise in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution
Good knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite software or an equivalent financial application (a plus)
Good understanding of processes specific to the financial domain
Rigorous, structured and customer-oriented, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of communication
You are comfortable in leading meetings and know how to unite participants around the defined objectives
You are flexible and proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changes and taking initiatives.
Activity rate: 80-100 %
Start date: November 2026 or to be agreed
Workplace: Delémont or Lausanne with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
