Zuger Kantonsspital is at the service of the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1'200 employees, of whom 180 are in initial and further training, are active in a wide variety of areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. More than 27'500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our patient admission, we are looking for a Receptionist Evening Shift 40 % (m/f) immediately or by agreement

Your tasks ##

• Operating the telephone switchboard (forwarding calls as well as providing information)
• Ensuring the reception
• Taking over the evening shift on working days, weekends and public holidays (working hours between 16.30 and 22.00)
• Recording administrative patient data and maintaining master data
• Various general administrative activities

Your profile ##

• Completed vocational training with experience in the area of telephony and reception
• Very good German skills. Oral language skills in English are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed and confident appearance
• Flexible for holiday substitutions
