Your tasks:

• Activity on an open ward with a focus on depression treatment and burnout in English
• Individual treatment of mentally ill people with consultation and planning in the interdisciplinary team
• Implementation of primary nursing and ensuring the nursing process
• Leading inpatient nursing-therapeutic group offers
• Working in shift work early shift/late shift/weekend
• Support in the further development of the inpatient treatment setting and active participation in the implementation of new projects

Your profile:

• Degree as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII (proof of recognition for foreign diplomas)
• High professional and social competence
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary team culture
• Interest in further development, participation in internal training
• Flexibility, resilience as well as teamwork and humor
• Solution-oriented way of working and networked thinking
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, good English language skills desired
• High customer orientation with good manners
