Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) 100%

For our client, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) 100% Your area of responsibility includes: • Processing inquiries (checking technical feasibility, determining raw materials) • Creating internal specifications • Creating relevant guideline documents and quality standards • Developing quality pre-planning and test planning • Evaluating the quality situation in selected productions and quality deviations (complaints handling) • Processing complaints using analyses and reports • Specification management, advising customers on product specifications/definition • Training departments on new/complex processes • Statistical evaluations and analysis of production data as well as leadership of Sigma projects You bring: • Completed training as a paper technologist • Further education in the field of quality assurance/quality management • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training is an advantage • At least 5 years of professional experience in the paper industry is an advantage • Very good knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D methodology • Experience in moderating workshops and improvement projects • Auditor experience (internal and/or external) is an advantage • Structured, analytical and independent working method • Impeccable reputation • German language skills at level C1 and English language skills at level B2 in word and writing Experis Schweiz AG Elias-Canetti-Strasse 2 8050 Zürich +41 58 307 21 35 janusiah.kularasa@experis.ch
