Your area of responsibility includes:

• Independent assumption of local project and construction management
• Carrying out construction accounting and cost controls
• Preparation of tenders, works contracts, and schedules
• Coordination of all persons involved in construction

Requirements:

• Dipl. Construction Manager or Building Technician or Architect or Civil Engineer
• Experience in project and construction management of larger projects
• German as a native language
• Proficient application of Messerli Bauad and MS-Office
• Experience with public clients
• High commitment and flexibility with leadership qualities
