A ludothécaire at 25.21% with evolution to 50% - Ludothèque Pâquis-Sécheron (Genève)

Contribute to the activities of the ludothèque, notably in the following areas: Welcoming users and lending games; Creation and layout of thematic spaces; Organization of animations at the ludothèque and elsewhere, such as ludothèque parties, game evenings, neighborhood festivals, outdoor afternoons, and playful family activities; Research, management, handling, and classification of games and toys; Ensure the management of social networks and the ludothèque website; Design, organize, and propose playful activities in connection with the neighborhood and other reception structures, in order to promote animation and conviviality. Training for the Fonctions d’Encadrement des activités du Temps Libre (FFETL - CEFOC): module 1 of this training is a requirement, CFC ASE or any training deemed equivalent Marked creativity and solid manual skills Excellent interpersonal skills with all generations, a passion for play and the desire to transmit it to others. At least 5 years of experience in the social and/or associative field Successful experience in teamwork Experience as a volunteer ludothécaire would be an asset Good knowledge of the social system and the Geneva associative network A keen sense of social and human relations, as well as a strong taste for collaborative work with various partners Integrate into a dynamic team of 6 people Good knowledge of IT tools / basic office software French is the working language; good knowledge is essential The position requires a certain flexibility and availability to participate in specific animations outside of regular hours Work, on Tuesdays from 13h30 to 18h45, Wednesdays from 14h00 to 17h45, as well as an average of one Saturday morning per month from 9h00 to 12h15.
