Introduction

For our client, a specialized audit and valuation institute in the financial environment, we are looking for an experienced personality as Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer 80-100% (a). In this role, you will take on demanding audit and valuation tasks in the banking and finance sector and make a significant contribution to the assessment of stability, risk situation, and future viability of financial institutions.

Tasks

• Execution and professional assessment of statutory and event-related audits of banks and financial institutions
• Analysis of business models, risk profiles, and strategic orientations
• Application and interpretation of supervisory and regulatory requirements
• Professional co-responsibility for the quality of audit work and results
• Preparation, review, and co-responsibility for audit reports and statements
• Cooperation with internal audit teams as well as specialist experts
• Participation in professional developments and internal projects

Profile

• Completed university degree in economics with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Banking
• Successfully completed examination as dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in
• Professional experience in auditing, ideally in a finance or banking environment
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as banking-related issues
• Analytical, structured, and precise way of working with high professional responsibility
• Confident appearance as well as clear and audience-appropriate communication
• Interest in demanding audit and valuation topics with strategic relevance
