Work location: Hirslanden Klinik Hirslanden | Zürich Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Employment type: Permanent Reference number: 72127 As Head of Medical Documentation, you will shape the quality and efficiency of our documentation processes and lead your team with professional competence, a sense of responsibility, and a focus on continuous development. YOUR TASKS • Professional and personnel leadership of the Medical Documentation team • Ensuring the complete and timely filing of medical patient documentation • Monitoring the receipt of reports as well as coordinating the reminder system and the follow-up of outstanding reports • Creation of reportings, statistics, and analyses for management (e.g., center evaluations, minimum case numbers for surgeons, process status) • Continuous optimization of processes as well as further development of evaluations and control instruments (e.g., liquidity-relevant high-cost cases) • Contact person for internal specialist departments regarding questions on medical documentation • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Basic training in business administration or basic medical training with a corresponding portfolio of further training in the business administration field. Ideally supplemented by experience in healthcare and hospital management. • Health economic knowledge of the structures and processes in the hospital system as well as the relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SwissDRG, SPLG) • Routine handling of MS Office, SAP, and MCC; knowledge of Access, VBA, or TIP HCe is an advantage • Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and organizational skills • Service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment • German as a native language or business fluent German; English as well as other languages are an advantage <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated multiprofessional team awaits you.
